Just down the street from me at Kent and 9th St, on the waterfront. Yes! It's a new waterfont park!
These photos were taken on a very stormy day, but you can see the new soil being put in.
There are little trees and concrete blocks, and remnants of what ever industrial life was there before that they are planting around.
