High Wire Act

I'm used to seeing pairs of tennis and other assorted shoes strung over electrical wires here in Williamsburg, but this is a new one.

It looks as though someone has created these connected figures with the sole purpose of upstaging the shoe strings.

This begs the question, what could you do with a Barrel o' Monkeys? Is there any way you could sling them over a high wire?
