It started right at midnight, from 6 separate barges placed equi-distant apart, just off shore, strung along Copacabana beach.
Though not so choreographed as say, NYC July 4th fireworks, it was spectacular in its own way. Plus, we were watching out on the beach!
The barges were so close that we felt the sound in our hearts.
