You may have seen these reflecting pools on t.v during the memorial services. Relatives placed flowers here in memory of those they lost on 9/11. They were placed inside the footprints of the towers themselves.Seen from the 45th floor of WTC7
In the end, it is all dismantled again.
Flowers were carefully removed and carted away, probably to be displayed elsewhere.Second reflecting pool. There was one for each tower.
