A lesson in how not to lock up your bike. The Kryptonite lock goes around the geared REAR tire, not the front tire with the quick release hub. The other Kryptonite goes around the FRAME.
This scene was right nearby. Bike had been stolen, but the lock was still there, so the owner just gave up and left the key to the lock as well.
