Eye-catching shorts combo. Short shorts with black tights and what looks like over-the-knee boots, but is really knit leg warmers worn over black shoes or boots. Great style tip!Notice the bag carried by the woman on the left. These two have just been to Beacon's Closet (in Williamsburg) a bastion of the more creative fashion set.
One more thing in this picture. A splendid skull and sword graphic on the black t-shirt across the street (on the right side of the photo).
