This is cool. For some reason the building we are buying into in DUMBO seems to generate more posts and comments than almost any other building posted on Curbed. The buyers are all very positive, but there are haters there as well. Change does not come easily.

This is new Mexican restaurant in Hell's Kitchen in the space that used to be Vinyl.

When at Tate Modern, Look Out

While visiting the museum, I found myself constantly drawn to the windows on different levels to look at the waterfront from a different perspective.
